Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science / Information Technology or Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Applications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on mandatory skills (as stated below)
  • Sound hands-on experience in software development using Java
  • Strong technical background of coding with an ability and capability of hand coding / coding from scratch
  • Along with strong coding experience, must be able to understand the business requirements and prepare specification, design documents
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Must have enthusiasm for coding and initiative to resolve queries from senior(s)
  • Ability to write well-designed and testable code
  • Ability to mentor / guide the junior team members whenever required
  • Willingness to work in flexible hours if required (No night shifts)
  • Good logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with client, stakeholder(s), team member(s)
