Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Lead Generator to join our team in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role focuses on generating and nurturing leads, essential for the growth and expansion of our cybersecurity services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with cold calling to initiate client communication and promote our services (Mandatory skill).
  • Research ability to discover new potential clients and gather information essential for lead generation (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in generating leads for sales and business development through various strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent fluent and clear communication skills to convey information effectively and build client relationships.
  • Ability in handling end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and sales success.
  • Experience in outbound sales, actively reaching out to potential clients to grow the business pipeline.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results in a timely manner.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and other lead nurturing strategies to expand client base.
  • Research potential clients and maintain an updated database of all prospects to streamline lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targeted prospects and converting leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in lead generation techniques.
