THE ROLE
As a senior member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and communicating overall architectural and non-functional solution designs for Temenos projects. You will act as an interface between the project team and the client, ensuring client satisfaction within the project scope in all technical aspects.

THE ROLE
As a senior member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and communicating overall architectural and non-functional solution designs for Temenos projects. You will act as an interface between the project team and the client, ensuring client satisfaction within the project scope in all technical aspects.
OPPORTUNITES
- Serve as an architectural leader and trusted advisor to clients, designing viable technical solutions that align with business requirements, contractual obligations, and project plans.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the optimal implementation of Temenos products within their infrastructure, ensuring desired non-functional characteristics such as performance, availability, and disaster recovery.
- Represent Temenos within the project/program Design Authority, promoting the benefits of solutions based on established Reference Architectures, Core Product, and Model Bank.
- Collaborate with project teams, development teams, and technology product groups to develop robust and viable architectures that deliver customer value and business benefits.
- Act as an ambassador for Temenos product solutions throughout the customer engagement, demonstrating thought leadership and expertise.
- Identify and evaluate technical risks, offering mitigation strategies and solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Help prevent scope creep, eliminate inconsistent solution designs, and ensure adherence to the Technical Consulting and architectural elements of Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM).
- Coach and mentor technical consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with clients, project team members, and development teams to oversee the development and implementation of integration
- interfaces, APIs, message queues, or other integration technologies.
- Review and supervise technical System Amendment Requests (SARs) and process changes (L1 Developments).
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and advancements in technology relevant to the banking domain.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software technical consultancy in a similar banking product implementation.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in programming languages such as Infobasic, Java, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with application servers (jBOSS, WebSphere, WebLogic), operating systems (Windows, RedHat Linux, IBM AIX), and understanding of RDBMS (MSSQL, DB2, Oracle).
- Expertise in integration concepts, including data integration, user account integration, and componentization of applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), event-driven architecture, and API integration.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of internet security concepts, single sign-on solutions, LDAP/Active Directory, and cryptography.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Temenos certifications in at least two technical streams are required or the ability to acquire them within an agreed timeframe.
- Availability for travel, as the role may require being on client sites from Monday to Friday.
