EisnerAmper is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team.

EisnerAmper is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team.

- Assist in identifying and executing process improvements using innovative technology solutions
- Develop analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make sound financial decisions
- Handling Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
- Work experience with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard report
- Understand key elements of converting data into information and principles of financial storytelling
- Clearly communicate information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve and automate financial processes
- Demonstrate good listening skills and maintain an inquiring mind to ask thoughtful questions
- Develop presentation skills for effective information delivery
- Demonstrate desire to take on more responsibilities and process ownership
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion
- Document processes and build schedules of deliverables
- CA degree in accounting or finance experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial modeling and reports
- Hands on experience in planning, reporting and data analysis
- Prior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership or/and operations leaders including IT, HR, or Marketing
- Experience in analyzing financial data and conducting presentations to leadership
- Knowledge of planning systems and advanced use of excel
- Attention to details, synthesize, summarize data and present analysis in concise, insightful manner
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Effective communicator and team player
- Comfortable work independently
