About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full-Stack Development Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Backend & Database Development. The faculty should have a strong command over fundamental and advanced concepts, ensuring students gain industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive lectures & coding sessions (online & offline).

Teach Frontend & Backend Development, including ReactJS, NodeJS, Express.js, MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL.

Conduct hands-on practical sessions and guide students in real-world web development projects.

Prepare students for technical interviews, coding challenges, and hackathons.

Design and update course curriculum based on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Mentor students on UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.

Organize tech workshops, faculty development programs, and coding competitions.

Skills Required

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Express.js, and Database Management (SQL & NoSQL).

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Azure).

Proficiency in Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving & debugging skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for students with diverse learning backgrounds.

Experience fostering a collaborative & engaging learning environment.
