- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to support product launches and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing product benefits and value.
- Manage and track account performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a focus on ophthalmology.
- Strong understanding of ophthalmology products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
