Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to support product launches and initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing product benefits and value.
  • Manage and track account performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a focus on ophthalmology.
  • Strong understanding of ophthalmology products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
