What You’ll Own
- First point of contact for all customer for all
- Responsible for L1/L2 Mainframe based jobs/file related issue
- We work 24*7 on Rotational Basis.
- Investigate known batch job error condition and follow correction process.
- Maintain production scheduling system and work procedure, other related duties.
- 1-3 years of experience into Mainframe, IBM scheduler is mandatory.
- Should understand ServiceNow, JCL, OPC/TWS.
- Excellent communication & Client Interaction skills.
