Workday Consultant - HCM Module

Digitys is a growing digital solutions provider committed to innovation and excellence. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Workday Consultant (Certified) to join our team and play a key role in delivering impactful HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and post-go-live activities.
• Configure and manage Workday modules such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting.
• Design and implement business processes and security models aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain Workday custom and advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform system testing, issue resolution, and ensure data integrity.
• Train end-users and provide technical support.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Workday Consultant.
• Workday Certification is mandatory.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, etc.).
• Proven experience with Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, or Core Connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Security Configuration.
• Expertise in Business Process Framework, including design, testing, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writing, Calculated Fields, and Advanced Analytics.
• Experience with data migration, data validation, and audit procedures.
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics, People Experience, or Adaptive Planning.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
