WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an enterprising individual with the zeal to work with the performance marketing division at सादा / SAADAA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (If functions, Vlookup, Pivot table, Conditional formatting)
• Highly Proficient in the use of accounting software like Tally/ BUSY/ERP, etc.
• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports and financial statements
• Reporting to Chartered Accountant
• Analyzing past records
• Creating detailed reports like cash flow etc.
• Vendor management
• Reconciliations with Online sales channels
• Bank visit for cheque drop/statement/chequebook issue or any other issue
• Updated accounts receivable and accounts payable and issued invoices
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal, company accounting,g and financial guidelines
• Should have good command over MS Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• Prepare and file local compliance reports as necessary
• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies

WHO ARE YOU

• Proven experience as a junior accountant
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Some experience working with general ledgers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to sit in front of a computer and look at a computer screen for long periods
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is a plus but not required
• IPCC pass-out is preferred
