Profile Brief

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales initiatives and building relationships with government clients.


Job description

· Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase government sales.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the government sector.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to government agencies and decision-makers.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.


Responsibilities

· Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and negotiation.

· Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

· Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to management.

· Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

· Assist in the development of marketing materials and proposals for government projects.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or government sector.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
