We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Admin Team in our Ahmedabad office. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growing environment and provides clients and colleagues with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and department staff.
  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Support in managing travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for administrative needs.
  • Assist in organizing events, employee engagement activities, and office functions.
  • Track and manage office supplies and administrative inventory.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
