Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist in understanding client needs and recommend suitable services or solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and agreements in the CRM system.
  • Generate and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all client interactions.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients to improve services and address any challenges.

Qualifications:-

  • Any graduate can apply (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, BA, or similar degrees).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Skills:-

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
