Your Future

  • Provide operational and strategic advice to managers and employees on HR-related issues, employment law, and change processes
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including negotiating contract terms in coordination with functional departments
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, talent classification, and career progression
  • Support teams in personnel and leadership development, as well as the entire talent management process
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders, creating and implementing innovative solutions
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, ensuring employee records and HR data are accurate and up-to-date
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll, resolving any payment-related issues
  • Handle annual leave, attendance records, and probationary periods for new staff
  • Develop training materials and assist onboarding new employees
  • Ensure successful completion of SMETA audits and other compliance-related tasks
  • Coordinate with People Culture Business Partner Supply Chain and corporate teams to align project plans and communication efforts with broader company initiatives
  • Coordinate CSR topics with global CSR team

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3-6 years of HR experience, ideally in an international FMCG or industrial company
  • Degree in Business Administration, HR, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (C1), Hindi and Gujarati
  • Proven ability to work across diverse international markets and cultures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think conceptually and implement new tools and processes
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a strong ability to drive change
  • Experience in project management and aligning HR initiatives with corporate strategies
