Job Summary

As a Banker-Authorizer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the branch team to meet the bank's objectives and deliver a superior banking experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Authorize and process various banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account openings/closures
  • Verify and approve loan applications and disbursements
  • Monitor and maintain cash levels in the branch
  • Assist customers with their banking needs and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Cross-sell banking products and services to customers
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on banking operations and customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations
