Key Responsibilities

  • Independently drive the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including headhunting, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Deeply understand job requirements and partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured interviewing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, tools, and best practices in the tech and IT services space.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in headhunting and strategic sourcing.
  • Proven expertise in hiring for both technical (developers, engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.) and non-technical roles (sales, marketing, HR, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets, especially in the IT and digital sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

Nice To Have

  • Experience hiring for global roles (especially US, UK, or Europe markets).
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Background in working for IT product or service-based companies.
