Role – Person will be Location Head, heading City & reporting to Zone Head. Channel is FPD – Financial Product Distribution channel – selling multiple financial products with the help of 50-100 freelance – part time salaried distributors on vendors payroll.

KRA:-

• Achieve revenue growth & profitability to upscale the team
• To ensure training and development for team effectiveness
• To effectively manage day to day team administration and operations for smooth functioning of the team
• To ensure customer management & engagement
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:-

• Age – Less than 33 yrs.
• Experience - 4 – 6 Yrs. Of from wealth sales experience background from Wealth Management cos. , Banks , NBFCs & Broking cos. In wealth management & financial planning .
• Notice Period – Max. 1- 2 months
