Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Data Entry and Management:
• Data Input: Inputting financial data into the company's accounting systems or MIS software.
• Data Cleaning and Validation: Ensuring that the data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Database Maintenance: Assisting in maintaining and updating financial databases, ensuring proper storage and organization of financial records.
• Generating Reports:
• Financial Reports: Assisting in the creation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements using MIS tools.
• Custom Reports: Helping in generating custom reports for management to analyze business performance, including KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), budgeting, forecasting, etc.
• Ad-hoc Reports: Preparing on-demand reports related to financial data for management or other departments.
• MIS Software Support:
• Software Operation: Learning and operating the specific accounting or MIS software tools used by the company (for example, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Troubleshooting: Assisting with minor software issues or reporting them to the IT department for further resolution.
  
  

About Company: Green Delight Innovations owns a sanitary napkin brand called Bliss Pads that focuses on hygiene, usability, and comfort rather than any other aspect. Our journey was not towards creating an eco-friendly sanitary napkin brand; rather, it was for our final year research project. We were given Kenaf fabric for the same. At first, we came up with a sustainable fabric out of Kenaf, and then we thought - why not sanitary napkins if the fabric is sustainable? This idea fueled us with all the confidence we needed to make it into a brand that is also beneficial to women's hygiene and society.
