Roles And Responsibilities

Manage gross margins (GMBCD) and handle schemes management to ensure unit profitability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for quality and cost-effective sourcing.
Lead supplier negotiations (both direct and indirect) for best pricing, terms, and timely delivery.
Oversee end-to-end procurement operations - from requirement identification and sourcing to purchasing and final delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to align procurement with business needs.
Monitor and optimize inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Track procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and generate reports highlighting savings and trends.
Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve purchasing strategies.
Handle vendor performance evaluations and address service gaps or delivery issues.

Skills And Qualifications Required

2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement standards, practices, and regulations.
Proven experience in cost control, margin management, and vendor negotiations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong Excel proficiency for reporting and data analysis.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for internal coordination and vendor management
