You support our team as

Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Production (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Plan production planning, scheduling based on the monthly sales forecast timely deliveries as per the KPIs agreed year on year
  • Closely work with Planning, purchase to ensure PSA (production Schedule adherence) is at the highest compliance
  • Scale up, standardize and stabilize new products in the production line
  • Plant optimization to enhance productivity; optimize/ minimize utilities consumption.
  • Work with Maintenance and Engineering team to increase the machine availability and to reduce the down time of production machinery and utility equipment’s
  • Carry out all production-related admin tasks including SAP activities.
  • Control of the production documents with regards to deviations and initiation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Compliance with general manufacturing standards
  • Create and document work instructions and related documents
  • Indemnification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection
  • Conduct audits, inspections and hazard assessments to ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations and international/corporate standards.
  • Drive the implementation of actions to eliminate or mitigate hazards where possible. Document and report findings internally and externally as required.
  • Regular review of safety procedures, environmental aspects/impacts and risk assessments.
  • Be a member of QMS and EMS team for the site. The site is currently certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Plant optimization to enhance productivity; optimize/ minimize utilities consumption.
  • Analyze quality and other deviations and report appropriately. Implement corrective and preventive measures accordingly.
  • Participation in development of all production resources (man, machine, method etc.,)
  • Develop OpEx culture and participate in continuous improvements/Kaizens
  • Develop training measures in production and participate in creation of training plans for production workers
  • Ensure that on-site visitors, vendors and contractors understand and conform to all health & safety requirements governing the site.
  • Liable to follow advice and take up additional (functional related) projects from Head of production.

Qualifications

  • BE (Chemical Engineering) MSc Chemistry. MBA in operations preferred.
  • 7 to 10 Years of Chemical industry experience.
