Scope

• We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to manage the Associate Success (HR) and facilities function for newly opened Coimbatore office. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic, empathetic professional who will serve as the primary architect of associate experience, organizational culture, and operational excellence.
• The ideal candidate will be a versatile HR professional responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle for the assigned business unit. You will be the vital link between associates, management, and various organizational functions, ensuring a seamless, and engaging work environment.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Extend support to the Global Associate Success business partners on execution of Associate Success programs and Initiatives for the business unit.
• Conduct in-depth 1:1 meetings and focused group discussions to build strong connections across all organizational levels
• Seamlessly executes HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and acts as a trusted advisor to people managers.
• Provide consultation to managers and associates on Associate Success policies, processes, and best practices.
• Guides and supports people managers in creating an engaging culture and leading world-class teams.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather insights, retain top talent and recommend improvements to address concerns.
• Analyze data to identify trends, draw inferences, and propose solutions.
• Derives insights from data to make informed decisions and support business objectives.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities
• Coordinate performance management processes, provide guidance to associates and managers during goal setting and calibration process & tracking progress.
• Serve as the site HR for Coimbatore location
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Master’s degree in human resources with 10+ years’ experience.
• Proven experience as an HR generalist in a multinational organization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proactive mindset and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
• Experience in organizing engagement programs & events
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global stakeholders
• Knowledge of Workday & ServiceNow will be an added advantage
