Job Description
Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the hygiene chemical business within assigned territories. This role involves building a distributor network, planning and executing sales strategies, preparing business plans, and closing new business deals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, possess strong problem-solving skills, and understand customer needs. KRA's Market Development: Develop the hygiene chemical business in assigned area. Establish and expand a distributor network to support business growth. Sales Strategy: Plan and develop sales strategies for products in the Food & Beverages and Institutional segments, focusing on hygiene and cleaning chemicals. Identify and target potential customers and market segments to drive sales growth. Business Planning: Prepare comprehensive business plans using data collected from market surveys and market research. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies. Contract Management: Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Ensure all contracts align with company policies and objectives. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers as needed. Submit technical proposals and recommendations to meet customer requirements. Independent Work and Problem-Solving: Work independently and manage your own schedule to meet business objectives. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Education Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the hygiene chemicals or related industry. Strong understanding of the Food & Beverages and Institutional segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in market research and data analysis. Technical knowledge related to hygiene and cleaning chemicals. Ability to develop and deliver technical proposals and recommendations.
