Human Resources (HR) Internship in Indore

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Morning Kick-off:
• Check in with your Team Leader/Mentor
• Review tasks assigned on Google Sheet/Tracker
• Respond to any important messages (WhatsApp or Email)
• Sourcing Candidates:
• Search for relevant profiles on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp groups
• Upload shortlisted profiles into the recruitment tracker
• Share interesting/eligible profiles with the recruiter team
• Candidate Calling :
• Call fresh candidates for ongoing job openings
• Share basic job details and collect interest level
• Maintain a communication sheet with call status: Interested/Not Interested/Switched Off/Follow-up
• Learning Time/Task Support:
• Assist recruiters in interview coordination or status follow-up
• Work on internal assignments like job description formatting, Excel trackers, social media content (if needed)
• Attend any short training or learning session by seniors
• Share interested candidates with seniors for screening
• Wrap-up & Reporting:
• Summarize daily work and share a short report to the mentor:
• Number of calls made
• Profiles sourced
• Tasks completed
• Clarify any doubts for the next day
• Share suggestions or feedback if any
