The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in financial services
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and job market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools
