Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage QA processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards for construction chemicals.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product consistency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Review and validate product formulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and failures and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and audit production processes to ensure proper documentation, quality control, and adherence to established procedures.
- Support regulatory approvals by ensuring products meet local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO certifications, CE marking).
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, tracking metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and changes in regulations affecting construction chemicals.
