Key responsibilities: (Australian accounting & tax work)

• Work on superannuation of fund accounting and taxation
• Work on monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly accounts preparation
• Work on the finalization of periodical financial statements
• Work on the preparation of tax returns for individuals and entities
• Work on audit support & workpaper preparation
• Work on BAS (business activity statement) preparation (similar to GST)
• Work on payroll processing, revenue & expense analysis
• Review and finalize financial statements
  
  

On-the-Job Expectations

• Collaborate with team heads and clients on daily functions
• Assist in training newly onboarded team members
• Gradual transition to live client work following structured training
• Use of Australian domain-specific accounting software (preferred)
  
  

Skill Set Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good command over English communication and conversation skills
• Interest in building a long-term career in international (Australian) tax and accounting
• Prior experience with Australian accounting software is a plus
• Eligibility: Education:
• UG: B.Com/LLB
• PG: M.Com/MBA/PGDM/ICWA (CMA)/CA/CS (any specialization)
