Monitoring a companys systems with security the prime objective.
Fixing network faults.
Installing antivirus protection.
Coming up with IT solutions to fix a companys problems.
Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems.
Knowledge about Local Area Networks (LANs)
Skills Required An Ability To Organize, Prioritise And Multi-task.
A desire to remain up to date with changes in technology.
The capacity to explain complex IT matters in laymans terms.
Excellent IT and problem-solving skills.
Troubleshooting technology problems.
Knowing security protocols, IT systems and networking infrastructures systems.
