Skill
- Very good knowledge in Revit and Navisworks Software.
- Create parametric families.
- Model the entire service/system independently.
- Understand and work as per BIM Manual/Project Standards.
- Effective communication in English.
- Basic knowledge in their respective departments.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office.
- Develop BIM models for MEP services from design stage (LOD 300)to as-built (LOD 500) stage and coordinate between all other services.
- Ability to generate various Mechanical layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
- Responsible for assisting the BIM leads and Senior BIM Modelers.
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of work done.
- Report to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads.
- Raise potential issues in project then and there to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads.
- Documentation of the project files.
- Direct responsibilities given during the course of time by managers.
- Extract BOQ from the REVIT file.
- Should possess one plus years of experience in BIM Modeling
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360
- Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
- Preferred – Experience in Gulf Project
