Key Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings on the spot in the field
- Report to upper management
- Collect documents from clients
- Conduct closure meetings along with managers and team leaders
- Manage clients by gathering feedback from them
- Identify society needs by creating databases, researching their needs, and focusing on legal and technical requirements for larger deals
- Generate fresh business leads through market research, market visits, and society visits
- Bring inquiries through cold calling/fresh calling, driving revenue, and representing the company in meetings and services
- Plan and execute sales activities, coordinating with clients
- Undertake sales promotional activities as required
- Maintain and update calling targets
- Work on quotations and coordinate with the sales team
- Update CRM portal regularly
- Perform additional duties as required
