Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience is required.

Desired Profile

Candidate must have an exceptionally sound working knowledge of the following DTP software:

• InDesign
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• CorelDraw X4/X5
• QuarkXPress

Candidate Is Expected To Have

Proficient Layout and Formatting Skills:

• Ensure translated scripts are perfectly aligned with the layout while not hampering the original design and structure.
• Curate fonts, spacing, and margins to properly accommodate various languages and character sets.
  
  

Image and Graphic Handling Skills:

• Insert translated texts around images and graphics while maintaining proper alignment.
• Correctly adjust image sizes and resolutions according to multiple languages and formats.
  
  

Meticulous Quality Assurance Approach:

• Check for errors and inconsistent scripts and layouts.
• Ensure that the final product is ready to be printed and/or digitally distributed.
• Keep track of omissions, errors, and inaccuracies from OCR, translation, and DTP tasks.
  
  

Effective Internal Communication and Collaboration Skills:

• Maintain efficient communication with project managers to ensure a seamless workflow.
  
  

Excellent Technical Skills:

• Deep working knowledge of diverse DTP software, like Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
• Extensive experience in handling different file formats, like PDF, DOCX, and PNG.
• Complete understanding of core principles of design, typography, and layout.
  
  

Multilingualism and Cultural Knowledge:

• Thorough understanding of multilingual nuances and cultural sensitivities.
• Ensure accurate formatting, especially for right to left languages.
  
  

Strong Project Management Skills:

• Must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Must prioritize tasks beforehand.
• Strict adherence to deadlines.
