You Are:

You are a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional with a passion for semiconductor physics and technology. With a PhD or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Sciences, you bring expertise in semiconductor devices and process technologies. You have hands on experience in using TCAD tools for simulation of semiconductor devices. You are familiar with Python and optimization techniques. Your excellent presentation and communication skills enable you to interact effectively across teams and at various levels within the organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments, always ready to help others succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contribute to the creation of automated calibration workflows using our Sentaurus Calibration Workbench (SCW) software for different leading-edge technologies
• Collaborating with R&D, sales, marketing, and customers to drive product development and acceptance.
• Contribute to collaborative projects with internal and external customers and other partners based on business needs

• Improving calibration TAT, EoU and QoR through the usage of modern optimization techniques and strategies in reusable SCW calibration workflows.
• Driving the successful adoption of our TCAD products in various customer projects.
• Contributing to product development through valuable feedback and collaborative efforts with R&D teams.
• Elevating Synopsys' market position as a leader in semiconductor technology and simulation tools.
• Fostering strong relationships with customers, leading to increased trust and long-term partnerships.
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Sciences, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in semiconductor process technology and device design based on Silicon.
• Hands-on experience with TCAD simulation or emulation tools.
• Good understanding of semiconductor devices physics.
• Python scripting proficiency.
• Understanding of optimization techniques and algorithms.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience of ML techniques is a plus.
