What you'll do

As a Product Manager, you’ll continuously re-prioritise and re-order the product backlog, based upon the most recent user or customer needs, market conditions, risks, cost of delay and technical feasibility. This will ultimately allow you to ensure product sustainability and be successful in helping to define and meet customer outcomes and expectations to enhance their experience.

In addition, we’ll look to you to collaborate and set expectations with product owners, stakeholders, customers, architects and any other stakeholders who have an interest in, or can provide feedback on the direction of the product.

You’ll also:

  • Prioritise features and negotiate enablers in the program backlog using the weighted shortest job first technique
  • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the train and contribute to the platform vision and roadmap
  • Work with multiple business owners to establish and prioritise features to progress the product vision, defining and validating the impact hypothesis of each
  • Provide clear direction and encouragement to the delivery teams to get user or customer feedback early and often
  • Work with the enterprise architects and the team to prioritise enablers to make sure that the product and its development is sustainable


The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of Agile methodologies and knowledge of product development and management techniques. We’ll additionally look for you to have experience of changing team or department mind-sets, cultures and structures.

You’ll also need:

  • 12+ years of experience in product management
  • Proficient in powerapps and multiple low-code platforms
  • Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Workday platforms with shared services domain
