Refurbishment and Rental Management for luxury holiday homes curated from an exclusive list of home owners.

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth market analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, and a deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the luxury real estate market.
• Develop financial models to support investment decisions and project feasibility studies.
• Analyze business performance metrics and create reports to guide strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop solutions.
• Support the development of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to provide competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in real estate or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
