We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to guide aspiring Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the benefits and requirements of the profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate potential partners on the advantages of becoming an MFD, including earning potential, career growth opportunities, and market demand
• Address queries related to the MFD certification process, regulatory requirements, and necessary qualifications
• Motivate and guide the partners toward completing their enrollment in the training program
• Provide end-to-end support to the partners throughout the onboarding journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer support in the financial sector is a plus
• Fluent communication in Hindi and English
