Role Overview: As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll work directly with our leadership and cross-functional teams on high-impact projects. This is not a traditional internship — it’s a front-row seat to startup building. Whether it’s strategic research, cross-team coordination, or operational execution, you’ll be part of mission-critical initiatives that influence real business outcomes.

3 months internship followed by a full time salaried position

Responsibilities:

•  Strategic Projects: Work on high-priority tasks directly assigned by the Founder, spanning operations, product, marketing, partnerships, or fundraising.
•  Research & Analysis: Dive deep into markets, competitors, or technologies and extract insights to aid decision-making.
•  Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with teams (Product, Growth, Tech, HR) to streamline processes and track progress on key deliverables.
•  Internal Ops: Assist with OKR tracking, meeting cadences, task delegation, and documentation.
•  Communication Hub: Prepare clear presentations, briefs, and follow-ups for both internal and external stakeholders.
•  Firefighting Mode: Be the go-to person to solve urgent blockers or challenges on the ground — no two days will be the same! 

Requirements:

•  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•  Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Excel, Jira, Trello etc.
•  A strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and product-building.
•  Bonus: Exposure to product management, no-code tools, or startup accelerators/incubators.
