Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the retail industry.
• Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and product launches to attract and retain customers.
• Digital Marketing: Manage Dmart’s online presence through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sales and meet targets.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati.

• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
