Social Media Management:
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and implement SEO strategies: Advice and execute comprehensive plans to improve website visibility and search rankings, ultimately aimed at lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research: Identify important keywords and phrases to optimize content effectively, should know how to scale branded search through content.
- On-page and off-page SEO: Execute both on-site optimizations (meta tags, content quality) and off-site strategies (e.g.- link building).
- Analyse website performance: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor traffic, engagement, and other metrics. Develop reports to keep stakeholders updated.
- Content collaboration: Work closely with content custodians to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Competitor analysis: Research competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest international SEO best practices and algorithm updates from search engines.
- Technical SEO audits: Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify issues affecting website performance.
- SEO for other channels: Should have hands on experience of 3rd party optimization on mediums such as You tube, Social Media Communities, Dark Social, Quora and other such brand discovery avenues.
- Advisory Role: Advise stakeholders on marketing strategy to boost performance and offline marketing based on interpretable data.
Social Media Management:
- Execute a consistent posting schedule for Gansons and Aishin brand pages across social media platforms and newsletter platforms.
- Manage the daily social media activity of a key stakeholder's LinkedIn account to maximize reach and brand awareness. Lead Generation & Management:
- Maintain a lead tracker to efficiently capture and organize prospect information.
- Maintain and update lead data within CRM and MS Excel for clear records.
- Custodian of database update for other distribution channels such as Mailchimp and WhatsApp.
- Leverage professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Employ email finder tools to acquire accurate contact information for targeted outreach.
- Generate lead progress dashboards and excel tables for reviews. Sales Support & Relationship Building:
- Collaborate with the sales team to track lead progress and update CRM entries accordingly.
- Provide support during key exhibitions to ensure seamless lead management and post event customer communication.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse website traffic data using Factors.ai to identify lead sources and user behaviour patterns.
- Translate data insights from lead trackers into actionable information to optimize business strategies.
- Passionate about digital marketing, with relevant SEO experience and eager to learn new skills.
- Adaptable team player who can work independently or collaboratively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
