Key Responsibilities
- Support other teams in executing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing publisher engagement
- Identify, recruit and onboard new publishers ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical setups and integrations are seamless
- Manage publisher relationships to ensure satisfaction and maximize long-term engagement with the platform
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with publishers serving as their trusted point of contact
- Engage with publishers regularly to assess their needs address concerns and ensure their goals are met
- Foster strong communication and build rapport ensuring publishers understand platform features and opportunities
- Analyze publisher performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize monetization strategies
- Recommend strategies for enhancing publisher revenue through campaign optimization and platform features
- Identify upselling opportunities suggesting additional services or features to increase publisher engagement and revenue
- Work with sales and product teams to craft tailored proposals for upselling opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and emerging monetization opportunities to remain competitive
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market trends and performance data
- Monitor new revenue models and advise publishers on how to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead negotiations on revenue-sharing models contracts and partnership agreements with publishers
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and are mutually beneficial
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract terms and agreements
- Serve as a liaison between publishers and internal technical teams to ensure smooth troubleshooting and resolution of platform-related issues
- Ensure technical issues are addressed promptly to minimize disruptions to publishers' operations
- Generate and present performance reports to publishers highlighting key metrics revenue trends and improvement opportunities
- Analyze publisher performance data to offer actionable recommendations for enhancing revenue and engagement
- Provide insights on the impact of upselling initiatives and revenue growth based on performance reports
- Work closely with sales product marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless publisher experience and support
- Provide internal feedback on client needs product improvements and opportunities for growth
- Demonstrate proven experience in publisher management operations account management or a similar client-facing role
- Bring experience from digital media advertising or technology industries
- Showcase previous experience in upselling or identifying revenue growth opportunities
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Analyze and interpret data providing actionable insights for performance improvement
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and coordinate technical support effectively
- Use CRM systems performance analytics tools and project management software proficiently
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business marketing communications or a related field
