Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products from vendor deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality as per Calibre Infotech standards.
• Unload trucks at the loading docks, managing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Compare packing lists to purchase orders to verify correct quantities and items, ensuring alignment with Calibre Infotech inventory practices.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to designated locations.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse conditions to promote a safe working environment at Calibre Infotech.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate product availability and stock levels.
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or issues to the management team.
• Handle and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations and deliveries efficiently.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles at Calibre Infotech is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and shipments.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems used at Calibre Infotech.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual tasks and lifting as required.
