Retail Operations Manager - Offline Stores
Location: Hyderabad (with travel to Pune, Vizag & other upcoming locations)
Experience: 4-6 years in retail operations, P&L management, and sales

Nobero is a fast-growing athleisure brand, redefining comfort and style for modern consumers. With a strong presence in the D2C and online marketplaces, we are now expanding our footprint into offline retail. Our first stores are coming up in Hyderabad, Pune, and Vizag, and we’re looking for a Retail Operations Manager to oversee sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across all offline locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Ownership & Sales Growth
• Take full ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for offline stores, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize store sales and optimize margins.
• Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, cost control, and store-level profitability.
2. Store Operations & Process Efficiency
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented and followed.
• Ensure optimal inventory management, preventing overstocking or stockouts.
• Work closely with merchandising teams to maintain the right product assortment for each store.
• Implement best practices to drive operational efficiency, staff productivity, and customer service excellence.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead and manage Store Managers and Sales Associates across multiple locations.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor store performance, and drive a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for store teams to enhance product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling techniques.
• Foster a motivating work environment with incentive programs and recognition strategies.
4. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all stores, aligned with Nobero’s brand values.
• Train store teams on customer interaction, product pitching, and upselling techniques.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to enhance in-store experiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
5. Regional Expansion & Market Analysis
• Analyze regional sales trends and competitor activity to refine store strategies.
• Provide recommendations for future store locations based on market demand and footfall analysis.
• Work closely with the marketing team on local store promotions and activations.
6. Travel & Multi-Location Oversight
• The role is based in Hyderabad but requires frequent travel to Pune, Vizag, and other upcoming store locations to ensure uniform standards and operational consistency.
• Regular site visits to monitor store execution, address challenges, and implement strategic improvements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 years in retail operations, store management, or regional sales, preferably in apparel, athleisure, or fashion retail.
P&L Management: Proven experience in handling store financials, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Sales Leadership: Track record of achieving sales targets, increasing footfall, and driving store profitability.
Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of store SOPs, inventory planning, and visual merchandising.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
People Management: Strong leadership and motivational skills to build and lead high- performing teams.
Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to store locations as required
