Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Recruiter to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a blend of administrative and recruitment experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in both HR and office management functions.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and other office activities.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds.
  • Schedule and follow up on interview processes.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Admin and/or Recruitment roles (Freshers can also apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduation in any stream (HR/Management background preferred).
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
