Snapscale is seeking an Intermediate Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage and create engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and user engagement, providing insights to the team.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand, ideally within the med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare industries
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and content trends
  • Excellent written English, especially in crafting engaging, friendly, and professional copy
  • Comfortable with social media scheduling
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (for interacting with followers via DMs)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while receiving direction from clinic staff
