Product Manager

Growexx is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager, who is proficient in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. They are skilled in Agile frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and have a strong focus on optimizing product performance through strategic planning and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical, QA, and executive management to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead product development using Agile frameworks, focusing on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensuring smooth project management coordination.
• Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to drive product innovation and improve product performance.
• Manage user engagement activities and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure product quality and adherence to client requirements.
• Create detailed Product Roadmap & Epic planning.
• Identify process gaps and implement strategies to enhance information sharing across teams.
  
  

Key Skills

• Expertise in product management, with skills in digital strategy, product lifecycle management, A/B testing, market trend analysis, and consumer behavior analysis.
• Developing and presenting product reports to leadership, outlining performance, risks, and recommendations for future enhancements.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, sprint ceremonies, cross-functional team collaboration, and leading Scrum of Scrums
• Experience in backlog management, requirements gathering, user story creation, defining acceptance criteria, and risk management
• Experience with managing user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
• Experience with creating data-driven insights for performance tracking and optimization.
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Mural, Figma, Miro, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Tools.
  
  

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles in the ATS industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing product lifecycles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction.
