Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base, including potential clients, partnerships, and new markets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing expectations.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals, including market research, lead generation, and pitching.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Create and curate engaging content (written, graphic, and video) that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to assess campaign success, identify trends, and refine strategies.
- Grow and manage the brand’s online community by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive relationships.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.
- Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the brand’s social media efforts fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing and branding campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
