Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor for our locations in Cuddapah, Tirupati, Bangalore, and Mandya. This is a Junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The Admission Counselor will play a key role in guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, enhancing student enrollment, and fostering productive relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret enrollment trends and statistics for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent public speaking skills to deliver presentations and engage effectively with large audiences.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks with oversight and prioritization.
- Outstanding communication skills to articulate information clearly to students, parents, and staff.
- Experience in Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) for identifying and attracting prospective students and parents.
- Social Media Marketing (Mandatory skill) proficiency to develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and engagement online.
- Expertise in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) for managing and analyzing admission pipelines and tracking recruitment efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents through the admission process and ensure a seamless and informative experience.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct informational sessions, tours, and workshops to highlight the strengths and offerings of the institution.
- Utilize CRM systems to track student inquiries, communications, and admission status, providing timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support enrollment goals and initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to assess and report on enrollment trends and admission metrics.
- Implement lead generation strategies and track progress against enrollment targets using Salesforce.
- Engage in social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential students.
