We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head – Marketing to lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts at Growexx. This leadership role requires a data-driven, innovative, and tech-savvy marketer with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital transformation, and IT product/service positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and market positioning for IT solutions & services.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives, sales, and product teams to align marketing with business growth.
  • Lead the SEO strategy to improve website traffic, service positioning & Inquiry.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to manage Brand Visibility.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid channels to drive MQL’s & SQL’s.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
  • Position the company as an industry thought leader through webinars, podcasts, and guest contributions.
  • Build and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Drive lead nurturing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for IT solutions & services.
  • Enhance website UX, marketing automation, and AI-driven personalization.
  • Monitor KPIs, ROI, and marketing analytics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (including content, performance marketing, SEO, Designing, and social media teams).

Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading marketing practices, with a focus on B2B lead generation and brand building in the software consulting services company.
  • Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, and Digital Demand Generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience with growth marketing, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM tools.
  • Experience in marketing services in Enterprise IT, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Solutions.
  • Strong network within the B2B tech ecosystem and IT media landscape.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced IT/Tech environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in a managerial role.
