Act as a technical point of contact for customer escalations, working closely with the support team to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers and manage internal stakeholder communication during escalation management.
- Product Trainings & Hands-on Sessions:
- Organize and lead hands-on training sessions for customers, sales and channel partner teams to enhance their proficiency in using Siemens Healthineers' Point of Care products.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to reinforce efficient usage and address any user concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Laboratory Science, etc.).
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a similar role within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Point of Care diagnostics and familiarity with Siemens Healthineers' product portfolio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical escalations efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support.
