Job Description
AdMedia is currently hiring a Junior Technical Project Manager to support and lead the successful delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within a technical or software development environment. The candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Required Experience And Qualifications
- Must have 35 years of experience in technical project management or software project coordination roles
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
- Experience working closely with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure timely delivery
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, basic SQL queries, and cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficient in preparing technical documentation, sprint plans, and project reports
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans
- Certification in Agile (CSM), PMP, or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 24/7 on-call for emergency response, disaster recovery
