Key Responsibilities

Identify potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidates’ fit with job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback and insights from initial screenings.
Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by communicating effectively and providing timely updates.
Promote the company as an attractive place to work through job postings, social media, and active participation in industry events.
Build a pool of qualified candidates for future openings by networking and engaging with potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality, to refine hiring strategies.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a similar industry.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and job boards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to build relationships, understand different departments' needs, and work collaboratively.
Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to handle multiple job openings.
Analytical mindset to evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
