Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level State Head - Sales to join our team in WEST Uttar Pradesh. This full-time role involves overseeing sales operations within the specified locations, implementing sales strategies, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the channel sales of lighting segments.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in channel sales and lighting segment market (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in appointing dealers and distributors (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the sales team effectively.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough market research to understand client and competitor dynamics.
  • Expertise in recruiting and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals that benefit the company and meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the sales operations within the state, focusing on channels and lighting segments.
