Role Description

As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and nurturing sales relationships in designated international markets. Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure potential business opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and adapt sales strategies based on regional market insights.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client needs are consistently met.
  • Market Analysis: Continually monitor market conditions, competitor strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with other International Sales Managers, sharing market insights and strategies.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Regularly communicate with the Global Sales Director regarding sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in international sales, with a preference for those experienced in the rice industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
